Refund policy
Customers have 90 days after purchasing hardware or a device to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase on your member account.
Exceptions are made for items that are defective or damaged in transit.
In-store Returns
Items purchased in-store must be brought back to one of our locations for inspection. If your return is approved, the amount will be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

If the item needs to be sent back, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or defective. We will do our best to make it right!
